Job Description
The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B SaaS demand generation, campaign optimization, and performance analytics. You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve campaign effectiveness, test new acquisition channels, and drive measurable results through continuous experimentation and optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns (₹1.5L+/month budget)
Manage ABM ad campaigns targeting named accounts
Scale emerging channels: content syndication, programmatic display, Reddit/Quora ads
Build and optimize retargeting campaigns across platforms
Implement and manage multi-touch attribution modeling
A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting
Weekly reporting: CPL, MQLs, ROAS by channel
Collaborate with marketing team on cross-platform budget allocation and strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
2–3 years of B2B Paid Marketing experience
Strong expertise in LinkedIn Ads (Lead Gen Forms, Sponsored Content, Message Ads)
Google Ads certified
Strong analytical skills (attribution, funnel analysis, ROI tracking)
Experience managing high-budget ad campaigns
Proficiency in GA4, UTM tracking, and CRM integration
