Senior Paid Media Executive
Location: Oxfordshire, UK
Position Summary:
Our client is looking for a full-time Senior Paid Media Executive to support their Performance Marketing Team. This role will be based in their Oxfordshire office, with a hybrid working model offering flexibility between office and remote work.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day operations of affiliates, paid social, and paid search campaigns
• Lead performance marketing initiatives in line with campaign marketing calendar
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to launch and optimize paid media strategies
• Negotiate affiliate commissions and secure placements for affiliate activities
• Liaise with the creative studio team for campaign briefs and content creation
• Analyze and report on performance metrics, providing insights and optimization recommendations
• Keep stakeholders informed of campaign actions and performance
• Explore and test new partners to drive revenue and customer acquisition
• Evaluate marketing technologies, data solutions, and analytics platforms
Qualifications
• Proven experience in digital marketing, specifically in affiliates and paid social channels
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
• Ability to interpret data from multiple sources and draw actionable conclusions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Creative problem-solving abilities
• Passion for interior design and home furnishings
