Key ResponsibilitiesCampaign Strategy & Execution
Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
Develop campaign strategies aligned with business goals (lead generation, brand awareness, recruitment marketing, etc.).
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
Performance Optimization
Continuously monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, improve targeting, and refine creatives to maximize results.
Perform A/B testing on ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
Track cost-per-lead (CPL), cost-per-hire (CPH), ROAS, and other key metrics.
Analytics & Reporting
Prepare detailed performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.
Utilize analytics tools (Google Analytics, platform dashboards) to measure and improve results.
Creative Collaboration
Work with designers and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and messaging.
Ensure all ads follow platform policies and brand guidelines.
Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to understand campaign requirements and goals.
Present strategies, results, and suggestions in monthly or quarterly review meetings.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
