The Media Executive will need to demonstrate the ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced office environment.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist our Digital Media Planner in the following tasks
• Monitoring performance of and analysing client's social networking accounts with the aim to provide recommendations for improvements.
• Operating on a variety of social tools, including listening platforms, publishing tools, SEO tools, SMMS, etc.
• Utilize media research tools and resources to aid in campaign development.
• Preparing reliable status reports which include key metrics such as Engagement, Engagement Rate, Share of Voice, etc.
• Work with Account & Strategy teams to develop strategic channel/media solutions.
• Finalize and present recommendations internally and to clients.
• Manage cross-departmental issues regarding any aspect of campaign execution.
• Develop and present reports highlighting relevant insights and learnings, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
• Managing and monitoring client's social networking accounts such as Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, etc.
• Managing social media updates and queries for clients, ensuring that deadlines and quality standards are met
• Co-ordinating with clients, internal strategy and creative teams, and third party affiliates.
• Planning and executing media across all digital media platforms.
• Building and maintaining digital campaign performance charts and/or reporting Dashboards.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or similar.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a media planner & buyer.
• Strong computer skills with programs such as MS Office, and Google Suite.
• Experience in a variety of advertising mediums including print, radio, television, film, and social media
