Job Summary: We are looking for a results-driven Paid Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our paid digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and others. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in performance marketing, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving ROI through data-driven strategies. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across search engines, social media, and display networks. Manage budgets across campaigns to maximize ROI and performance. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing for continuous improvement. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, etc. Collaborate with design and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages. Generate performance reports and insights to guide strategy and decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates. Manage remarketing campaigns and conversion tracking setup. Recommend and implement new growth strategies based on performance data. Key Skills: Proven experience in running paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Strong analytical and data interpretation skills Proficiency in ad platforms, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) Understanding of customer journey and funnel strategies Attention to detail with a focus on results Strong communication and project management skills Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising Google Ads and/or Meta Blueprint certification is a plus Experience with eCommerce, SaaS, or B2B performance campaigns is desirable Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Application Question(s): Do you have knowledge of SEO, Google Adwords, Meta Ads, Email Marketing and Content Management?
