Paint Finishing Specialist**

At our production facility, we seek a skilled paint finishing specialist to oversee the application and quality control of polyurethane (PU) coatings on wooden furniture components. This role involves developing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) for PU coating and finishing processes, ensuring consistency, gloss levels, and surface smoothness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pu application & quality control

• Plan and execute the pu finishing process for wooden furniture components.

• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (Sops) for pu coating and finishing.

• Conduct quality inspections to ensure consistency, gloss levels, and surface smoothness.

• Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to pu application.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong technical knowledge of polyurethane chemistry and application processes.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production deadlines.

• Excellent communication and team management skills.

• Proficiency in handling pu finishing equipment and ensuring maintenance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree/Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Production Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in pu finishing in the wooden furniture industry.

• In-depth knowledge of various pu coatings, sealers, hardeners, and their application techniques.
