Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by removing old paint, filling holes, and repairing cracks
- Apply paint or other finishes to surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired results
- Follow schematics or blueprints to determine the layout and design of painted surfaces
- Use hand tools such as scrapers, sanders, and brushes to prepare surfaces for painting
- Caulk gaps and cracks to ensure a smooth and even surface
- Clean and maintain painting equipment and tools
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter in commercial, industrial, or residential settings
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Basic carpentry skills are a plus

We are seeking a skilled Foreman to join our team and lead our crew of painters. The ideal candidate will have experience in both residential and commercial painting projects as well as being a naturally born leader who is responsible for overseeing painting projects and managing a team of painters. We are looking for a person who can cooridnate schedules and ensure that quality standards are met. This role requires strong leadership, communcation, and painting skills to sucessfully complete and deliver projects.

Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Schedule:
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
