Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
Collaborate with stakeholders to define paint operations scope and objectives
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams in the execution of paints operations on time and within budget
Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards
Implement effective paint management process control plans and methodologies
Allocate resources appropriately to ensure operational success
Work closely with department heads to secure necessary resources and support
Communicate program status, issues, and risks regularly to stakeholders
Drive the development and execution of training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the Manufacturing Engineering team of the Paint Shop

Slate is looking for a skilled and motivated Paint Shop Manufacturing Engineering Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing and managing the execution of paint systems and operations from initiation to completion.
