Time-Served Painter and Decorator
Location: Gateshead
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm; Friday, 7:30 am - 3:00 pm
Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour
Overtime: 1.5x hourly rate, 2x on Sundays
Contract Type: Temporary
Requirements: CSCS Card, UTR Number
We are currently seeking a Time-Served Painter and Decorator to join our team on a temporary contract in Gateshead. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional looking to work in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carrying out painting and decorating tasks to a high standard on various sites.
• Preparing surfaces, applying paint, wallpapering, and other finishes.
• Ensuring all work meets health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Painter and Decorator.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• UTR Number is required for all candidates.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
What We Offer:
• Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour.
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x the hourly rate and 2x on Sundays.
• Temporary contract with regular hours: Monday to Thursday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm.
• Candidates will need to arrive at the client office and then will be transported to the work site in a company vehicle.
