The Position:
We are currently seeking experienced Painters and Painter Helpers to join our team and contribute to our exciting projects. Whether you're a seasoned painter with years of experience or someone looking to learn the craft and grow your skills, At Greenz painting we have opportunities for you. As a Painter or Painter Helper, you will work alongside our team of professionals to execute painting projects with precision, attention to detail, and a focus on delivering top-quality results.
Key Responsibilities are :
- Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, priming, and patching as needed.
- Apply paint and other finishes using brushes, rollers, and sprayers, ensuring even coverage and smooth finishes.
- Protect surrounding areas from paint splatter and damage during the painting process.
- Assist with setup and cleanup of painting equipment and materials.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and your team.
- Collaborate effectively with other painters and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
- Communicate with clients and project managers to address any questions or concerns and ensure client satisfaction.
- Take pride in your work and strive to deliver high-quality results that exceed client expectations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in painting is preferred but not required for Painter Helpers; training will be provided for those eager to learn the craft.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship on every project.
- Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently to meet project deadlines.
- Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks such as moving and climbing ladders, standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred but not required.
