Prepare surfaces to be painted; remove old paint, wash, and fill holes with putty
Paint surfaces throughout the property using a range of brushes, rollers, or sprayers
Apply various finishes, primers, or sealers to interior and exterior surfaces
Maintain the working area is safe and clean in line with company regulations and policies
When needed, assist the groundskeeping team with tasks
Drive company provided vehicle to and from painting locations
Perform other duties assigned
