We’re hiring full-time residential painters for both interior and exterior projects starting in May and continuing through August. What We’re Looking For
Full-time access to a vehicle and minimum Class 5 (non-GDL) driver's license

Dependable, self-motivated individuals who take initiative

Ability to problem-solve and manage tasks independently

Physically fit and comfortable working with ladders and heights

Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to doing quality work

Solid communication skills and a willingness to learn

What You Can Expect to Earn
Your income depends on how quickly you learn and how much you commit — and most of our team members are surprised by how quickly they pick it up.

Average hourly rate: $25

Top painters earn: $25–$27 per hour

Expected earnings: $9,000+ from May to August

Top performers: $12,000+ with leadership potential and growth opportunities
