Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for painting various structures, buildings, and surfaces. The Painter will work on diverse projects ranging from residential to commercial settings.

Duties
- Prepare painting surfaces by cleaning walls, repairing holes, or removing old paint
- Mix, match, and apply paints and other finishes to different surfaces
- Follow blueprints and instructions to determine the project's specifications
- Use hand tools and equipment such as brushes, rollers, or spray guns
- Apply paint in various techniques including brushing, rolling, or spraying
- Ensure a clean and safe work environment

Qualifications
- Proven experience in Industrial, Construction, Residential, or Commercial painting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency with hand tools and painting equipment
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Carpentry skills are a plus
- Ability to restore surfaces is advantageous
