GC Realty is looking for a Painter to handle a variety of painting related projects
At least 10 years of proven Painting experience
Must have their tools
Must know how to use a smartphone, and use our work order platforms
Must have own automobile and valid driver's license with insurance
Honest and able to work in self-directed, minimal supervision
Hardworking and flexible hours if necessary

Repair drywall
Exterior painting and caulking (Decks, porches, trim, soffits and facia)
Power washing
Staining
(Bigger items large ladders will be provided)
Must commit to full-time employment -- not for contractors
Able to fill out time cards and track individual man-hours and materials per job

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience in the following areas along with the ability to communicate daily with our maintenance Dispatcher.
