Job Title: Helper, Painter Exemption Status: Non-Exempt
Reports to: Executive Director of Operations Pay Grade: 03
Works with: Maintenance Personnel Days: 260
Dept./School: Maintenance Dept.
Primary Purpose: The Painter’s Helper, under the general direction of the Executive Director of Operations, and the immediate direction of Painter Supervisor, assists the Painter in accomplishing various tasks related to the paintin or work that may be assigned within the district. Prerequisites: High school diploma or GED preferred Valid Texas Driver’s License, insurable with the San Benito CISD insurance carrier, and a good driving record
Special Knowledge/Skills:
General knowledge of tools and equipment Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Ability to communicate Skills testing will be required Experience: One year of prior experience in painting field Major R
