Qualifications - Proficiency in Paint, Painting, and Painting and Decorating skills- Expertise in Coatings and Spray Painting- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results- Ability to work in a team and follow instructions effectively- Physical stamina and capability for working long hours in different conditions- Prior experience in residential or commercial painting is a plus- Knowledge of safety procedures and material handling
