Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality finishes. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces, applying paint, and ensuring that all work meets our high standards of quality and safety. This role requires both creativity and technical skills to bring projects to life while adhering to timelines and specifications.

Responsibilities

Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.

Select appropriate paints, stains, and finishes based on project requirements.

Apply paint using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision and care.

Ensure all work areas are kept clean and organized throughout the painting process.

Inspect completed work for quality assurance and make necessary touch-ups.

Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and within specifications.

Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment at all times.

Experience

Proven experience as a Painter or similar role is preferred.

Familiarity with various painting techniques and tools is essential.

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings is a plus.

Strong attention to detail with an artistic mindset.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Knowledge of safety procedures related to painting tasks is beneficial.

Pay: $17.98-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 24 per week
