We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Interior Painter to join our team. Primarily new construction painting. Experience is mandatory. We are looking to add a full time sprayer and full time painter.

Responsibilities
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and masking areas to ensure proper paint adhesion.
Spraying baseboards, trim, casings and doors.
Use hand tools and power tools to perform surface preparation and finishing tasks efficiently.
Maintain cleanliness of work area and ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
Conduct inspections of finished work to ensure consistency and adherence to specifications.
Skills
Understanding new build construction processes within painting.
Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and spray equipment for painting applications.
Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality control during finishing processes.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Pay: $20.00-$34.03 per hour
