Job Summary
**SUMMER JOB** We are seeking a detail-oriented Painter to join our team. Work will begin this may and continue all summer. You will be able to work outside and with friends. NO EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED. However, you must be ready to learn and work hard. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishes on a residential projects. The Painter will work closely with project managers and clients to deliver exceptional results while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Duties
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, caulking, and priming to ensure optimal paint adhesion
Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, spray equipment, and power tools
Execute restoration projects by matching colors and finishes to existing surfaces
Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining quality standards
Communicate clearly with team members and clients regarding project progress and any issues that arise
Maintain a clean work environment and ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
Skills
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients
Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
Ability to learn fast and work hard
Customer service orientation with a professional attitude towards clients’ needs
Ability to work in a team environment.
