Job Title: Painter

Hourly wage: $30to 37.00 hourly (to be negotiated) / 30 to 40 hours per week.
Terms of employment: Full time, permanent employment
Start date: as soon as possible.

Requirements and Qualifications
Previous experience as a painter in the construction industry for at least 2 to 3 years.
Knowledge of industrial and commercial-grade coatings and painting.
Knowledge of applying sealants and protective coatings.
Proficiency with airless and HVLP spray systems.
Experience driving forklift and telehandler.
Knowledge of operation of ladders, scaffolding, and aerial lifts.
Knowledge of power washing and sandblasting techniques.
Strong attention to detail and quality.
Physical stamina and ability to work in outdoor and various weather conditions.
Duties and Responsibilities
Read blueprints, drawings, and work specifications.
Able to work on drywall, including taping and patching.
Estimate paint quantities and labor costs.
Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Safely handle and dispose of paints, solvents, and chemicals.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of painting equipment and tools.
Follow safety guidelines and adhere to company policies.
