Fantastic growth opportunity for an experienced Painting Supervisor, with a newly established commercial painting company. This leadership role will see you responsible for quoting and managing the delivery of our painting projects.
What this role involves.
You will:
Meet clients on- and off-site to discuss their painting needs.
Plan and consider a job's labour, equipment, and material requirements.
Calculate job costs and prepare quotes for clients.
Manage painting crews on- and off-site.
Conduct regular site visits to ensure work health and safety standards are being met.
Ensure quality controls and project timelines are met.
Deal with and solve project issues as they arise in a pragmatic and responsible manner.
Maintain ownership and control of each painting project.
Take responsibility for the completion of on-site work.
This role is not about daily brush work.
It is about people management and business.
What we are looking for.
Proven experience supervising painting projects.
Strong client communication and problem-solving skills.
Understands the numbers and logistics involved in delivering commercial painting projects.
Ability to calculate quotes and present to clients.
A clear eye for quality assurance.
You are a Registered Painter.
