Full job description

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Painting Supervisor/Foreman to join our Sydney team. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, the ability to manage teams, and confidence in working with builders and site managers to keep projects running smoothly.

You must have:

Construction White Card

Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory/foreman role

Strong commercial painting background

Experience managing teams on sites

Ability to read plans and follow the project programme

In this role, you’ll oversee painting crews, manage site progress, ensure quality control, and communicate directly with the builder. You'll be a key part of delivering high-quality commercial projects across Sydney.

Job Types: Fixed term, Subcontract, Contract

Pay: $45.00 – $55.00 per hour

Schedule:

8 hour shift

Weekend availability

Experience:

Commercial Painting: 1 year (Preferred)

Painting Supervisor: 1 year (Preferred)

Licence/Certification:

ABN (Preferred)

White Card (Preferred)

Work Authorisation:

Australia (Required)

Work Location: In person
