Your Role
As a Panel Damage Repair Technician, you will ensure that each Carma vehicle repair is carried out with the correct and accurate technique, retaining the factory paintwork while carefully removing dent damage.
You will be responsible for restoring Carma vehicles to a dent-free state using various techniques, including glue pulling and leveraging, which may require the removal of vehicle lights and interior panels.
You will provide guidance on panel defects and possible repair techniques and complete work orders required for a vehicle, confirming that the work has been carried out to the highest quality standards.
You will assist in prepping vehicles when required and work collaboratively with the team to ensure efficient IRC operations and create a great work environment.
You will communicate effectively with the wider team and provide assistance when needed, maintaining a clean work area and taking pride in our workshop being maintained to the highest standards.

What You'll Bring
To succeed in this role, you will need:
5+ years of experience as a PDR Technician
Qualification or relevant work experience as a panelbeater
Ability to work in a busy environment and occasionally change priorities
A own kit of PDR tools required for accurate repairs
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to work within time cycles and maintain a high-quality level of work
Being an ambassador of the Carma brand
Good communication skills
Self-motivation
Reliability and punctuality
Clean NSW driver's license
