We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie with a passion for Pan Asian cuisine to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Asian flavors and cooking techniques and be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes.
Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 per month
Responsibilities:
Prepare Pan Asian Dishes:
• Cook a variety of dishes, including sushi, stir-fries, curries, and other traditional Pan Asian specialties.
• Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards and presented beautifully.
• Maintain Kitchen Standards:
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the Executive Chef.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist in Menu Development:
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and refine Pan Asian menu items.
• Stay updated on current food trends and incorporate them into menu offerings.
• Support Kitchen Operations:
• Work efficiently and effectively in a high-paced kitchen environment.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and managing food costs.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a Pan Asian restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of Pan Asian cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
• Excellent knife skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a team setting.
• Culinary school diploma or equivalent experience preferred
