The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Panel Beater to join our Team at Wales Truck Repairs in Perth.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged truck bodies and frames, ensuring that they are returned to their original condition.
Role responsibilities
Removing, repairing and replacing damaged panels, frames, and other components, ensuring the reassembly of vehicle back to the pre accident condition.
Using various tools and techniques to shape, cut, and weld metal panels.
Check received parts on arrival.
Disassemble vehicle as per Job Sheet.
Ensuring that all work performed meets industry and safety standards.
Repair vehicle as per the Repair Method, OEM standards and in accordance with Estimate and Job Sheet.
Handle all vehicles with due care and attention.
Handle all company tools and equipment with due care and attention ensuring they remain safe, clean and in a workable condition.
Adhere to our OH&S policy including PPE.
