Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Panel Design & Estimation Engineer located in Delhi, India. As a Panel Design & Estimation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, estimating, and devising control panel and distribution board designs for low voltage power distribution systems. In addition, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining standard bill of materials and work instructions processes. You will collaborate with other engineers and cross-functional teams to develop electrical schematics as well.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in control panel design and estimation in the low voltage (LV) systems domain.
• Experience in using computer-assisted (CAD) drawing software, such as AutoCAD, for design and estimation of control panels.
• Strong understanding of electrical safety and regulations, circuit analysis, and load calculations.
• Experience in preparing material estimates and project bid packages for LV power distribution systems.
• Familiarity with the relevant industrial and regulatory standards and codes (such as National Electrical Code (NEC), and International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC)).
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with various teams and professionals for project execution
