About the job:
Key responsibilities:
1. Panelist Recruitment:
Identify, approach, and recruit new panelists to join Mirats Insights panels.
Utilize various recruitment strategies and channels to attract potential panelists.
Ensure a diverse and representative panel pool.
2. Engagement and Coordination:
Maintain regular communication with panelists to offer them participation opportunities.
Coordinate with panelists to complete and update their profiles accurately.
Provide timely support and resolve any panelist inquiries or issues.
3. Guidance and Support:
Offer current guidance and updates on available research opportunities.
Communicate effectively to ensure panelists understand their roles and the importance of their participation.
Foster a positive relationship with panelists to ensure their ongoing engagement.
4. Reporting and Quality Assurance:
Collect and review reports from panelists to ensure they meet required standards.
Submit accurate and complete reports to the Quality team for further assessment.
Work closely with the Quality team to address any data quality issues.
