Position: Pantry & Kitchen Chef
Experience: Minimum 3 Years
Job Responsibilities:
Prepare and present pantry items such as salads, sandwiches, cold starters, and garnishes with consistency and quality.
Assist in the preparation and cooking of main kitchen dishes as required.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the pantry and kitchen areas.
Ensure proper storage and handling of ingredients to maintain freshness and minimize waste.
Follow standard recipes and portion controls to ensure food consistency and cost control.
Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management and ordering.
Uphold food safety and sanitation standards as per company and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a pantry and/or kitchen chef role in a reputable restaurant, café, or hotel.
Good knowledge of cold kitchen and basic hot kitchen techniques.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Strong sense of taste and presentation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
