Excellent opportunity arising within our Family Law Department to work side-by-side with experienced Head of Family Law.
Duties to include:
Organising Director's diary;
Taking and making routine calls;
Preparing emails and letters;
Organising and preparing Court bundles;
Attending conferences with Counsel and backing Counsel at Court.
Role is suitable for a candidate who wishes to enhance their knowledge of Family Law. Candidate will gain hands-on experience of complex financial remedy and private law Children Act proceedings and gain invaluable skills.
Candidate must have the requisite skills and abilities to conduct legal research on Family proceedings, rules and caselaw.
Experienced and competent IT Skills are essential together with the ability to multi-take via various software platforms.
