Role Description
Nationwide Paper is seeking an experienced Paper Bag Machine Operator for a full-time, on-site position in Ahmedabad. The operator will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining paper bag manufacturing machinery. Key tasks include monitoring production processes to ensure quality, troubleshooting equipment issues, and using hand tools effectively to perform adjustments and repairs as needed. Adherence to safety standards is crucial, and the role may involve collaboration with team members and supervisors to optimize production efficiency.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Machine Operation and working with Machinery
• Strong understanding of Quality Control processes and standards
• Experience in using and maintaining Hand Tools
• Effective Communication skills for teamwork and reporting
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining safety standards
• Previous experience as a machine operator, preferably in packaging or manufacturing
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
