Paralegal
Boutique Law firm based in London
Hybrid working offer: 6 days in 10 policy - Flex
£26-£32,000
We are working with a boutique law firm specialising in costs law, working with a diverse range of clients from global firms, including the Big 4, to smaller individuals. We are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a specialised area of law and develop their skills under the direct mentorship of a highly experienced lawyer who runs the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assisting with the preparation of legal bundles for hearings and casework.
• Analysing and reviewing costs claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and in order.
• Supporting the firm with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document management, filing, and correspondence.
• Liaising with clients and other parties as required, ensuring clear and timely communication.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, with strong analytical skills and a keen interest in legal costs. You will be enthusiastic about learning and growing within a niche legal area. Previous experience as a paralegal or in a legal administrative role is beneficial, but not essential.
We are looking for individuals who:
• Have excellent attention to detail.
• Are able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Demonstrate strong communication and organisational skills.
• Are keen to develop their knowledge of costs and legal procedures.
