Responsibilities
This position will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the firm, including managing calendars, filing documents, and speaking with clients and assistants to state attorneys
This position will also assist with drafting templated motions, plea documents, notices, and subpoenas
Assist with the day-to-day operations of the firm, including managing calendars, filing documents, and managing our e-file system
Assist with coordinating all aspects of the firm’s calendar including the scheduling of paralegals and other staff members
Assist with preparing and organizing legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests
Coordinate and manage the firm’s e-file system including uploading documents into our court dockets
Maintain files in electronic format in compliance with Sarasota, FL court rules
Prepare and manage calendars for clients and staff members as needed
Maintain client files according to Sarasota, FL court rules
Other duties as assigned by management

About the Position

Fowler Law Group, P.A is seeking a Paralegal to join our team in Sarasota, FL. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of judge's local rules, preferences, and procedures. Must have a passion for helping others, be technologically savvy, and organized. This position will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the firm, including managing calendars, filing documents, and speaking with clients and assistants to state attorneys. This position will also assist with drafting templated motions, plea documents, notices, and subpoenas. Having good phone skills is a must!

Responsibilities
• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the firm, including managing calendars, filing documents, and managing our e-file system.
