You will be working as Paralegal and will be part of Motion Business Area for BA Function Legal and Integrity Division based in Bangalore, India. In this role you will be reporting to Procurement Team Lead and will be responsible for para-legal and administrative functions of the Corporate Legal & Integrity Team.
Your responsibilities
Conducting research, performs variety of legal assignments and manage routine tasks
Maintaining all statutory registers, reports and returns as required under the applicable acts, rules and regulations
Providing administrative support involving confidential matters & collaborate with relevant stakeholders as per counsels’ instructions
Co-ordinating with Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) for Unclaimed Shares, Dividend data, Reconciliation of Dividend with Banks
Administering the Compliance Management System and Company’s tool on prevention of Insider Trading
Uploading and maintaining Board and Committee related documents in Directors Desk – an online portal used extensively by Directors and KMP’s
Managing the payment of stamp duty on various instruments, procurement of stamp papers
Your background
Bachelor’s degree with at least 10+ years post qualification experience in a large Legal / Secretarial / Integrity function
Well written and spoken communication skills
Work experience in a matrixed organization or a reputed law firm, in a multicultural environment would be an added advantage
Excellent communication and negotiating skills, with the ability to influence at all levels and address key issues with maximum integrity and professionalism
