Our client is seeking a driven individual with a strong paralegal or contracts background to join their team's head office as a a Leasing Specialist. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for meticulously managing and reviewing commercial leasing contracts for franchise operations across Australia and New Zealand. Your expertise in paralegal or contract work will be crucial in ensuring all lease agreements are accurately drafted, reviewed, and compliant with legal standards.

Description

Drafting and Reviewing Contracts: draft, review, and check commercial leasing contracts, ensuring all terms are clear, compliant, and advantageous for our client.
Negotiation and Special Conditions: Negotiate lease terms and manage special conditions that require careful consideration and integration into lease agreements.
Lease Redrafting: Redraft leases as necessary to incorporate amendments and ensure all conditions are correctly reflected.
Detail-Oriented Review: Conduct thorough reviews of complex lease documents to identify and address any discrepancies or issues.
Follow-Ups: Handle follow-ups and administrative tasks to ensure timely processing and execution of lease agreements.
Profile

Legal experience highly desirable
Contracts admin / commercial leasing experience highly desirable
High level of attention to detail is essential
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to review leasing documents and identify errors
