What You'll Do:
Client Interaction & Negotiation: Work directly with clients to finalize and sign agreements. Resolve disputes and ensure smooth business operations by negotiating favorable resolutions.
Strategic Leadership: Take charge of contract dispute negotiations and enforcement actions, driving outcomes with confidence and authority.
Contract Compliance: Expertly navigate complex commercial contract disputes, ensuring our agreements are executed in full compliance.
Enforcement & Collection: Lead strategic efforts in judgment enforcement and effective debt collection, safeguarding SRED.io’s interests.
What You Bring:
In-House Legal Experience: Proven track record as part of an in-house legal team, with a sharp focus on commercial contracts and civil enforcement that leads to resolution without litigation.
Keen Eye for Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills—your files are as tight as your legal strategies.
Independence & Leadership: You’re a strategic thinker who takes ownership and leads decisively, both in the boardroom and in action.
Communication Mastery: You know how to articulate complex legal strategies. Negotiate clearly and persuasively with clients to foster good will and long term relationships.
