Role Purpose
In this role, you will engage in diverse, high-quality work that is both interesting and challenging, spanning local and international projects. The primary focus for this new team member will be on Banking & Finance activities, however experience in this area is not necessary.

Main duties and responsibilities
Our team is cross-skilled to ensure the LDC has the flexibility to adjust to variations in demand. Responsibilities will depend on the assignment and may involve work connected to one or more of the following:
Review transaction documentation such as trust deeds, leases, contract for sale and building contract
Drafting and preparation of standard bank documentation
Liaising directly with clients and external parties
Track status of deliverables

Completed tertiary qualification in law
Practical Legal Training completion preferred
