Paralegal Manager
Lead the team behind the team.

Responsibilities of Our Paralegal Manager
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of talented paralegals and legal support staff
Onboard, train, and evaluate team members
Foster accountability, collaboration, and professional growth
Provide coaching and implement performance improvement plans when needed
Workflow & Operations
Assign work and balance caseloads across practice groups
Ensure deadlines are met, and quality remains high
Create and refine processes that improve efficiency and consistency
Partner with attorneys to anticipate staffing and support needs
Track productivity and identify opportunities to work smarter
Legal Support Excellence
Oversee drafting, filings, discovery, and case management support
Ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
Step in on complex matters, trials, or high-priority projects
Maintain standards that reflect the firm’s commitment to quality and client service
Strategy & Administration
Manage schedules, coverage, and resource planning
Recommend tools, technology, and training that elevate performance
Collaborate with firm leadership on department strategy and growth
Preferred/Required Qualifications of Our Paralegal Manager
Bachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate
5+ years of paralegal experience
2+ years of team leadership or supervisory experience
Law firm experience strongly preferred
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
Confidence in managing people, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
