We are seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Criminal Defense Attorney to join our client's growing legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of criminal law and a passion for advocating for the rights of our clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.

• Draft and file legal documents, such as motions, briefs, and pleadings.

• Manage and oversee caseload, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deadlines.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and the court system.

• Stay current with changes in criminal law and legal procedures.

Requirements

Preferred Qualifications:

• Fluence in Spanish (both written and spoken)

• Experience in briefing, including summarizing legal documents and case details.

• Active membership in the Texas Bar.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with clients, attorneys, and court personnel.
