About the role
We are seeking multiple experienced Paralegals to join our team, working full time from our Eagle Street office in the Brisbane CBD.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and contribute to our end-to-end file management across various specialisations.
Discharge Paralegal
assessing instructions
requesting delivering payout figures
liaising with clients and external stakeholders
booking settlements via paper or PEXA
general file management duties
SMSF / New Lending Paralegal
assessing instructions and preparing mortgage documentation
checking signed mortgage documentation and ancillary requirements
preparing lender's certifications
liaising with clients, solicitors, funders and external parties
arranging settlements (paper and PEXA) including preparation of instructions
reivew and collate registration documents to ensure they are in registrable format
updating workflow milestones and systems
About you
You will have a strong customer service focus, meticulous attention to detail and a high energy level for multi-tasking to meet deadlines.
Proven experience in managing a demanding and busy workload is essential.
Skills and Experience
minimum 1-2 years' experience as a Conveyancing or Banking Paralegal
exceptional client relationship skills
meticulous attention to detail and organisation skills
enjoy working with structure, processes and procedures
proven ability to manage files end to end
strong written and verbal communication skills
proactive and flexible work approach, including being a team player
drive to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
