What You’ll Do:



Client Engagement: Build strong relationships and provide outstanding service to our clients.
File Management: Handle cases with precision, keeping thorough and accurate records.
Diary Management: Ensure smooth operations through effective scheduling.
Communication: Draft clear, compelling letters and manage correspondence with care.
Appointment Coordination: Organize meetings and appointments to keep things on track.
Administrative Support: Assist with a variety of tasks to support team efficiency.
Cost Recovery: Help facilitate the recovery of costs to support our mission.
Document Handling: Create, refine, and manage important documents with finesse.
Correspondence Management: Organize client documentation and accounts efficiently.
Ad-Hoc Tasks: Take on various administrative duties as needed with enthusiasm.


What We’re Looking For:



Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a personal injury legal environment.
Availability: Full-time availability, Monday to Friday.
Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, with strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Organizational Abilities: Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and a friendly, team-oriented attitude.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
