An opportunity has arisen to join our team at Laliotis Xuereb Lawyers.
We are offering a full-time paralegal/law graduate position to support the Principal and staff in a variety of areas, general legal work which involves correspondence, drafting documents, liaising with clients to gather necessary information and provide support, file management, PEXA and other legal work as required.
Diary management, including court deadlines and time limitations.
Drafting Wills and Enduring Power of Attorney
Probate and Administration of Estates
Drafting Subpoenas and reviewing material.
Collating briefs for Court and Counsel.
Other general office tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience
A minimum of three (3) years' experience.
PEXA is essential.
Proficiency in using LEAP software (optional but preferred)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and initiative to work.
Must have excellent time management and organisational skills.
Attention to detail and organisation with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
A team player attitude.
Proficient knowledge with Microsoft Office suite (including Microsoft Teams).
