• Execute laboratory testing in line with standard protocols.
• Maintain accurate data and test results in both written and electronic formats.
• Ensure safe storage of chemicals and samples as per safety guidelines.
• Maintain and calibrate lab equipment regularly.
• Keep updated with advancements in lab technologies and practices.
• Maintain daily logs and equipment usage records.
• Ensure lab cleanliness and sterilization to meet infection control standards at Oyster & Pearl Hospitals.
Requirements:
• Diploma or B.Sc. in MLT or relevant paramedical field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on laboratory experience.
• Knowledge in sample collection, microbiology, and lab safety.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work independently.
• Familiarity with modern lab equipment and testing procedures.
