Responsibilities:
• Assist the Paratha Master in preparing dough, fillings, and other ingredients for parathas.
• Help with rolling, stuffing, and shaping parathas as per instructions.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
• Ensure proper storage and organization of ingredients and supplies.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
• Assist in managing inventory and notifying the team when supplies are low.
• Support the kitchen team in other tasks as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
• Prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions carefully.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
• Strong work ethic and a team player attitude.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform tasks like kneading dough and rolling parathas.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in Indian cuisine or paratha preparation is an advantage.
• Interest in learning and developing skills in paratha-making.
