Parcel Delivery Driver
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Parcel Delivery Services professional to join our growing team at NT DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT SERVICES' in Katherine, NT. This full-time role will see you playing a vital part in our fast-paced courier and delivery operations, ensuring our customers receive their parcels in a timely and efficient manner.
What you'll be doing
Collecting, sorting, and delivering parcels and packages to residential and commercial customers within the local area
Maintaining accurate records and documentation for all deliveries
Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with clients
Adhering to all road safety regulations and company policies
Assisting with loading and unloading of delivery vehicles
Troubleshooting any delivery issues and resolving customer queries
What we're looking for
A valid driver's licence and experience driving delivery vehicles
Strong time management and organizational skills
Excellent customer service orientation and communication abilities
The ability to work independently and as part of a team
A demonstrated commitment to safety and attention to detail
Familiarity with the local area and knowledge of the region's road network
