Vruksha International School of Montessori is a chain of authentic Montessori schools that is operating over 30 schools in Tamilnadu and Puducherry. With the mission of making the development focused Montessori Method available to all children, Vruksha has undertaken numerous efforts in bringing this realisation to a fulfillment.
Requirement
We are looking for a Parent Relationship officer to create and nurture long-term relationships with our parents. You will resolve any issues that arise to ensure Parents are satisfied with our services. In this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to grasp parents needs and brainstorm ways to fulfill them. If you also have a background in customer service and knowledge of our industry, we’d like to meet you. Your goal will be to retain the parents and build a cordial relation with our teachers.
Responsibilities
1. Welcome call to the parents before the first day of child's enrollment.
2. Responding appropriately for the mails and calls from the parents.
3. Schedule regular meetings with Parents to ensure they are satisfied and recording the minutes of meeting
4. Act as point of contact for complaints and escalate issues as appropriate
5. Find innovative ways to retain Parents
6. Maintaining the Students Data and Records
7. Providing Fee Receipt to the parents.
8. Collecting fee from the parent by making calls.
9. Build relationships with lead teachers of all the environment
10. Record the call logs in Excel sheet
11. Recording Teachers attendance for payroll
Must Have Skills
1. Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets
3. Background in customer service industry knowledge is a plus
4. Proficient in MS Office, with working knowledge of CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
5. A customer-oriented attitude
6. Excellent communication and negotiation skills
7. Problem-solving aptitude
8. Ability to work well with a team
9. Willingness to learn
