About Pareto Capital:- A new-age business advisory company offering Investment Banking services.- Looking for self-motivated candidates for Investment Banking Advisory role for Venture/Private Equity role.Key Skills required:
• Good communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Presentation and/or Financial modeling skills

• Entrepreneurial mindsetEducational background and Experience:
• MBA/CA is preferred. Extremely good academic background
• At least 3 year of experience in Venture Funds/Investment Banks
• Must have handled end to end deal execution
• Equipped in client interactionRoles and Responsibilities:
• End to end deal execution
• Preparing pitch material like Business Plan, Information Memorandum
• Leading Due Diligence
• Negotiating transaction documents
