As a Parking Compliance Officer you’ll spend your days out in the community, connecting with people, and helping create fair and accessible public spaces. This is a role for someone who enjoys being active, working outdoors, and making a visible, positive difference every day.
This role offers a balance of independence and strong team support, with structured training, ongoing guidance and opportunities to build new skills and confidence.
Your communication, empathy and professionalism truly matter—and where you can contribute to positive outcomes for the community every day.

Support fair access to parking by monitoring activity and issuing infringement notices accurately and respectfully
Plan and manage your own patrols, working independently while staying connected to a supportive team
Build understanding and trust through clear, calm communication with community members
Use mobile technology confidently to complete daily tasks
Identify and report issues relating to safety, accessibility and city amenity

Current Victorian driver’s licence and ability to pass an internal driving assessment
