Job Description
PurpleTutor is an award-winning; Venture Capital (VC) funded Edtech Startup serving customers all over the world. PurpleTutor was selected as part of the top 200 start-ups in the world in the GSV Cup and was the winner of the Unicorn Battle (Asia), We have been covered in various media publications incl. CNBC, Financial Express, YourStory, Inc42, etc. to name a few.
Founded by IIT Bombay Alum, PurpleTutor is one of the fastest-growing start-ups in the space of teaching coding/computational thinking to kids in the age group of 6-16yrs via Live, online classes.
Responsibilities:
The executive will be making sure to take follow-up of the trial or demo class.
In case the teacher is not available the Executive will need to shift the trial or demo class to another teacher or reschedule the trial or demo class with the same assigned teacher.
The Executive will have to decide to assign a tutor if it is unassigned in their company dashboards.
Initial Follow-up - The executive has to send reminders to all Current Day/Night classes students.
The executive will have to check Duplicate bookings that are if there are any trial or demo classes booked by the Booking team.
The Executive will have to send reminders to the tutors.
Requirements:
A candidate must have excellent English communication skills.
Good Understanding of Google Sheets.
Candidates should be flexible in Rotational shifts. Especially for the Night Shifts.
Must have:
Laptop/desktop with webcam and microphone & a smartphone.
Shift timing: Rotational Shift. Mostly Night Shifts.
Working Days: 6 days working. Week-off between Monday to Saturday and Sunday will be working.
Joining Date: Immediate.
Pay: Up to ₹17,000.00 per month
