Job Description
This role is ideal for someone seeking flexible work during school hours (+am–2pm) for 1–2 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
Scan and organise receipts and documents
Match invoices with expenses in QuickBooks
Generate and send invoices to clients
Maintain and update client records in our CRM system
Follow up on outstanding payments and quoting/invoicing queries
Assist with service subscription management
(Bonus) Support with social media scheduling and basic content creation
What we’re looking for:
Great attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable using or learning accounting/CRM software (QuickBooks, GoHighLevel, etc.)
Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous admin, marketing and/or office experience is a bonus but not required
