Job Description
Walnut Grove School of Music & Dance, established in 1++5, is hiring part-time and substitute dance teachers for Sept 2026-June 2026. The school teaches preschool dance, RAD ballet, jazz, tap, hiphop, musical theatre, contemporary, lyrical, acro etc. We are located in a professional building, with lots of well-lit parking, full-time reception staff and separate air-conditioning/heating and gig speed internet for each of the 4 studios. The school is close to the major transit hub for Walnut Grove and close to the 200th street exit for highway 1.
The school teaches Mondays-Thursdays from 3:00-+:00, Fridays from 3:00-7:30 and Saturdays from +:00-3:00. Class sizes are kept small with 8 students max for preschool dance classes and 12 students max for all others. Candidates must have minimum of high school diploma and experience in teaching dance.
